PSY2992 Independent Study in Psychology
In this course, the psychology major will integrate information gained throughout the psychology concentration into a final research project/presentation on a topic of interest for their psychology degree concentration or transfer pathway. The course is taken with the guidance of psychology faculty and community partner(s) to enlarge the learning experience and provide a community-based experiential learning and research opportunity for students working toward careers in the field of psychology. Course may be repeated for up to 3 credit hours. Open to students seeking a psycholoogy concentration only as part of their final year at MTC. 2 Cr Hrs. Course Requirement(s): PSY2100 and Program Permission.
