PSY2470 Psychological Testing & Assessment
This course in an introduction to methods, techniques, and instruments used by psychologists in assessing and evaluating individuals, couples, families, and groups; administering, scoring, and interpreting both objective and subjective instruments used in the private practice setting, schools, residential settings, and geriatric units. Topics covered include survey of research design and statistics, basic psychometric terms, development and administration of psychological testing and appropriate settings for use of each assessment.
