OIS2011 Video and Photography Technologies
The principles and techniques of desktop video and photography production are explored in this course. You will utilize cameras, basic digital image manipulation software and movie editing software to create and edit multimedia projects. Planning for a video production is a focus topic, and includes audience evaluation, project proposal, and storyboarding. Principles of lighting, staging, camera use, post-production, and distribution will be covered. Students plan, shoot, edit, and post several digital media projects to the Web.
Prerequisite
OIS1240, can be taken concurrently.
