MLT1030 Phlebotomy Theory and Techniques
This course provides the student with the theory and hands-on training to perform venipunctures and capillary skin puncture. The student is instructed in the anatomy and physiology of the circulatory system, specimen collection, specimen processing and handling, safety and quality control. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to perform phlebotomy in the clinical experience.

MLT1010 or can be taken concurrently
