MGT2500 Entrepreneurship and Small Business

In this capstone course students are introduced to the concepts of small business management and entrepreneurship. This course explores innovative and contemporary approaches in starting or acquiring and succeeding in a business venture. Students will develop business plans geared toward entrepreneurial startups which will include product or service selection, marketing plans, and financial management plans. The course underscores the importance of planning and other informational resources for small businesses.
