MKT2030 Principles of Marketing
This course is an analysis of marketing role in organizations and society.
MKT2030 includes development of marketing concepts related to the four P's of marketing and the role of the marketing process in fulfilling consumer needs and the planning of marketing activities by the firm. Other topics include techniques for providing customer satisfaction and developing long-term customer relationships. Development of a marketing plan is included in this course. 3 Cr Hrs.
