MGT2210 Human Resource Management
This course provides an understanding of the role and importance of strategic human resource management within organizations. Students will gain the necessary human resource management knowledge and skills to be effective supervisors or managers in their organizations. Topics covered include social and legal considerations, job analysis, recruitment, staffing, human resource development, performance management, compensation, safety and health, and effective employee relations. 3 Cr Hrs. Course Requirement(s):
MGT1400 must be taken before or concurrently with this course.
