RAD2101 Radiologic Technology Clinical IV
This course is the fourth of five of clinical applications of radiographic procedures. Students are assigned scheduled clinical rotation assignments. All clinical courses include scheduled image analysis classes. Students are actively involved in all clinical procedures in their assigned clinical rotation. A clinical lab is required in all clinical courses. This course provides the student clinical education needed to practice radiography. This course takes place in imaging departments, with actual patient contact. The student will rotate through assigned clinical areas. The student will be evaluated for clinical competencies of the semester. In the senior year students are primarily under indirect supervision, however direct supervision still continues depending on completed competency requirements. The student will follow all policies and procedures of the program. Students will be assessed by technologists and school faculty. 2 Cr Hrs. Course Requirement(s):
