MGT2410 Organizational Behavior
This course is an advanced study of the field of management with an emphasis on the interaction between individuals and organizations. Topics covered include foundations of individual behavior, motivation and performance management, leadership, conflict and negotiation, organizational culture and change, power and politics in organizations and group/team dynamics.
